Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly helped a couple deliver some very happy news at Wednesday's practice, revealing they're expecting twin boys.
The couple, Britt and Samantha Johnson, told ESPN's David Newton they drove to practice on a whim after finding out they were expecting twins, not knowing if Kuechly would be willing to participate in the reveal.
"He walked up, signed a couple of things for other people," Britt said. "He looked at us and I said, 'We're not here for an autograph. We were wondering if you'd do our gender reveal?' I said we're having twin boys and you're the first to know besides us.
"I didn't know how he would react. He smiled and said, 'Yeah, that is awesome.'"
Britt joked that they're being pressured into naming their sons after Kuechly, but they wouldn't be the first. In July, a North Carolina couple named their baby Cameron Luuuke after Kuechly and Panthers teammate Cam Newton.
