Report: Eagles' Darby to undergo MRI after dislocating ankle
Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports
The news doesn't appear to be good for Ronald Darby, as a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network that the Philadelphia Eagles cornerback has been diagnosed with a dislocated ankle and will have an MRI on Monday.
Darby, who joined the Eagles in the offseason from the Buffalo Bills in a trade for Jordan Matthews, suffered the injury in the second quarter of Philadelphia's win over the Washington Redskins.
The MRI will determine whether the third-year pro also suffered ligament and tendon damage.
