Carmelo Anthony's offseason alter ego, "Hoodie Melo," made another appearance as he took on the likes of Suns guard Devin Booker and Cavaliers wing J.R. Smith.
Also in attendance was shooting guard C.J. McCollum, who appeared to be actively recruiting Melo to join him on the Blazers earlier this summer. Anthony, of course, has a no-trade clause in his current deal with the Knicks, giving him unfettered autonomy to choose which teams he waives his trade-veto power for.
While Melo has reportedly been steadfast in saying he'd only waive his no-trade clause for a trade to the Houston Rockets, there was a point at which the Blazers had reportedly "piqued" his interest in joining their outpost in the Pacific northwest.
