After the NBA and its Players Association announced a joint donation of $1 million for Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, individual players have continued to step up with contributions of their own.

Retired NBA icon Tim Duncan and his foundation are pitching in with some much-needed supplies in the wake of the disaster in Houston. The Spurs legend and the car customization business he co-owns joined forces to send a shipment of essentials from San Antonio to southeast Texas.

Gilbert Arenas and Kenyon Martin are also lending a helping hand, sending 20,000 bottles of water to help storm victims.

"Stay strong Houston," Arenas wrote on Instagram. "My team and I are brainstorming other ways to bring aid and relief to you all!"
