Watch: Utley keeps Hill's perfect game intact with phenomenal diving grab

Oh my, Chase Utley.
With Los Angeles Dodgers starter Rich Hill rolling with a perfect game through eight innings Wednesday against the Pittsburgh Pirates, Chase Utley - the Dodgers' 38-year-old second baseman - came up absolutely clutch, going horizontal to rob Josh Bell of a line drive to leadoff the frame.
Hill would then retire David Freese via a pop up before striking out Sean Rodriguez to take his perfect-game bid into the ninth. Unfortunately for Hill, his perfect game came to an end on an error by third baseman Logan Forsythe.
