West Virginia receiver Marcus Simms was charged with DUI and driving with a revoked license this weekend, according to Sean Manning of the Dominion Post, citing the criminal complaint.
Simms was pulled over for a broken taillight when an officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana, according to the complaint. Simms was arrested and had his license revoked in May for DUI.
The sophomore posted six catches and a touchdown in 2016 as a true freshman. West Virginia has yet to comment on the incident.
