The bromance between Usain Bolt and Andre de Grasse was one of the great storylines of the 2016 Summer Olympics, but it appears there may be some tension between the two sprinters now.
Bolt, who will run the final race of his career this weekend at the World Athletic Championships in London, was asked Tuesday who he thinks might fill his shoes once he retires.
"I'm not going down that road," he said, according to The Associated Press. "The last guy I said was going to be great disrespected me."
While he didn't name De Grasse outright, Bolt's comments come after he was accused by De Grasse's coach, Stuart McMillan, of having the Canadian "booted out" of the 100-meter race at a Diamond League meet in July. Bolt's team denied the claims.
