BIG3 investigating after Allen Iverson doesn't show up to game

Allen Iverson was nowhere to be found at Sunday's BIG3 game in Dallas, where he was expected to be.

"We had no advance warning and do not have information as to all the circumstances surrounding his absence," the BIG3 said in a statement.

"The league is launching an investigation to gather all the facts and then will make an informed, official statement."

Iverson, 42, serves as the captain and a player-coach on Three's Company. Co-captain DerMarr Johnson covered in his stead against Power at American Airlines Center.

TMZ Sports had published photos of the Hall of Famer at a casino Thursday in Chicago after the BIG3 made its stop there last week.
