With relievers in high demand, add AJ Ramos to the list of intriguing late inning options available on the trade market.

The Chicago Cubs, Colorado Rockies and Washington Nationals are all said to have strong interest in the 30-year-old closer, according to Bob Nightengale of USA Today Sports.

The Marlins recently dealt right-handed reliever David Phelps to the Seattle Mariners and Ramos is among the group of current Marlins pitchers likely to garner significant attention through trade.

Among the teams mentioned, the Nationals recently added two solid relievers to a struggling bullpen in the form of Ryan Madson and Sean Doolittle. The club has also reportedly expressed similar interest in Detroit Tigers southpaw reliever Justin Wilson.

Cubs relievers, meanwhile, have pitched particularly well this year all performing in the league's top 10 in ERA (3.47), FIP (3.91) and WAR (3.2). Finally the Rockies, who have reaped the rewards from Greg Holland and Jake McGee specifically, could use some added depth among its group of relievers.

Ramos has been the Marlins closer since 2015 and has had success in the role, converting 72 saves while pitching to a 2.55 ERA during that span.

In 38 games this year, Ramos has pitched to a 3.86 ERA, 46 strikeouts and has converted 19 saves. He's under team control until 2019.
