Warning: This post contains "Game of Thrones" spoilers.
The Iron Throne - the seat of power in the Seven Kingdoms - is currently occupied by Cersei of House Lannister, First of Her Name, Queen of the Andals and the First Men, but apparently nobody told San Francisco Giants manager Bruce Bochy.
Undeterred by the affront to Queen Cersei, Bochy plopped himself onto a replica of the Iron Throne following the Giants' 5-4 victory over the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday to hold court with the media.
Bochy knew, though, he was tempting fate.
"The only thing about sitting in this chair - I gotta be honest - I know the kings that sit in this chair, they get killed off," Bochy said.
Valar morghulis, skip. Valar morghulis.
