The Washington Wizards received the Brooklyn Nets' offer sheet for restricted free agent Otto Porter Thursday, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Under CBA rules, the Wizards have until midnight ET on Saturday to match the reported four-year, $106-million contract.

The offer sheet comes with some unusual features, according to reports. It calls for 50 percent of Porter's annual salary to be advanced to him before Oct. 1 of each year, a source told ESPN's Zach Lowe, who adds that it also includes a 15 percent trade kicker.

Such creative contract construction is clearly designed to dissuade the Wizards from matching the offer. Reports Tuesday indicated that Washington intended to match, a likely approach given Porter's value to the team. Outside of their backcourt of John Wall and Bradley Beal, the 6-foot-8 swingman is the Wizards' most important player, averaging 13.4 points and 1.5 steals on 51.6 percent shooting this past season.
