Pro withdraws from Open qualifying after airline loses clubs ... again

We've heard of airlines damaging golf clubs, but losing them twice is almost unfathomable; that is unless your name is Michael Buttacavoli.

Buttacavoli missed a chance to qualify for the U.S. Open last month, after his golf clubs were lost by American Airlines prior to sectional qualifying.

The PGA Tour Latinoamerica professional traveled to England on Saturday to try and qualify for the Open Championship at Royal Birkdale Golf Club, but there was one problem:
