Gianluigi Donnarumma pledged his allegiance to Mino Raiola amid suspicions that he was on the verge of firing the controversial super agent.

It was thought that Donnarumma regretted his decision to reject an offer to extend his career at AC Milan career beyond 2018, when his current deal expires.

Reports that suggested the young goalkeeper was also contemplating whether or not to part ways with Raiola were shot down by Donnarumma on Sunday when he took to Twitter to reaffirm his loyalty to the man who's brokered several of the most expensive transfers in football history.

A brief message on his Twitter account reads: "#Donnarumma #Raiola yesterday, today, tomorrow!!"

Donnarumma came under fire earlier this month when it was announced by Milan officials that the 18-year-old had rejected an offer to sign a new contract, leaving the club in an awkward position as he enters the final year of his current deal.

The decision didn't go over well with the majority of Milan fans, with apparent supporters of the club throwing fake U.S. dollars at Donnarumma during Italy's match against Denmark at the Under-21 European Championship in Poland.

There is, however, a glimmer of hope that an agreement is still possible following a report last week that indicated Milan will renew its effort to sign the 'keeper to an extension.
