Watch: Braves' Phillips walks off Marlins for 2nd day in a row

Dale Zanine / USA TODAY Sports

Deja vu.

Atlanta Braves second baseman Brandon Phillips hit a one-out single in the bottom of the ninth inning against the Miami Marlins on Sunday, driving in the winning run and ending the game. He did the exact same thing Saturday, except he waited until the 10th inning.

Phillips is the fourth player from the franchise's Atlanta era to have walk-off hits in consecutive days, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution's David O'Brien. The last to do so was Ozzie Virgil in September 1988, who managed the feat in games against the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants.
