Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Dontari Poe will earn a $125,000 bonus if he weighs 340 pounds or less on Tuesday, according to ESPN's Field Yates.

Poe is currently listed at 346 pounds.

The 26-year-old signed a one-year contract worth $8 million in March, which included bonuses for making weight. Poe can earn an additional $475,000 - paid out in three installments - if he weighs less than 330 pounds by the start of training camp, the start of the season, and at midseason, respectively.

Poe - who was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2013 and 2014 - has proven to be a durable player, missing just four games combined in five seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Last season, he recorded 27 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and a forced fumble.
