Albert Pujols has done it in grand fashion.
The Los Angeles Angels designated hitter cemented his place as one of the greatest hitters in baseball history when he belted a grand slam for the 600th home run of his storied career off Minnesota Twins right-hander Ervin Santana in the fourth inning at Angel Stadium on Saturday.
Pujols, who had been stuck on home run No. 599 since May 30, is the ninth member of the 600-home run club.
