Touchdown-dance king Fauria attempting NFL comeback

Tim Fuller / USA TODAY Sports

The NFL's recent decision to allow more touchdown celebrations is music to Joseph Fauria's ears.

Though the tight end didn't play in the league last year and remains unsigned, he has a "grocery list" of dance moves ready to go should he get an opportunity in 2017, he told SiriusXM NFL Radio's Geoff Schwartz and Alex Marvez of the Sporting News.

Fauria spent the 2013 and 2014 seasons with the Detroit Lions, where he racked up eight total touchdowns and displayed impressive dance skills. He signed with the Arizona Cardinals in September 2015 but was quickly waived.

"I'm trying my best. Last year didn't go as planned," Fauria said. "I didn't get any tryouts, but I have my head on straight now. I'm in good shape. I'm ready to go. I just want one more chance."

One thing's for sure, the man can dance.
