Martavis Bryant took part in his first practice with the Pittsburgh Steelers since 2015 on Tuesday and he knows how precious it is to have the opportunity to be back on the field.

The receiver made his return to football after missing the entire 2016 season due to violations of the NFL's substance-abuse policy.

Bryant missed out on a season that extended to the AFC Championship game. Since, the Steelers have bolstered their receiving corps by drafting JuJu Smith-Schuster. In short, there is no room for error for Bryant.

"I know it's my last chance," Bryant said following the OTA session, according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Bryant will be subjected to drug tests three times per week and sessions with a counselor twice a week.

If he can stay on the field, he'll help the Steelers form perhaps the most formidable receiving corps in the league, led by superstar Antonio Brown and backed by Bryant, Sammie Coates, Eli Rogers, Darrius Heyward-Bey, and Smith-Schuster.

Knowing he couldn't aid his teammates in their chase for a Super Bowl title last year, Bryant stayed away from the TV.

"I couldn't bear to watch it," Bryant said, per Bouchette, when asked if he kept up with the Steelers last season.

He said he focused instead on his sobriety.
