They don't make them any more brutal than Michael Cora's latest KO.
After rocking William Starks with a counter left hand, Cora put him down for good with the same strike just 2:11 into their welterweight contest at Titan FC 44 in Pembroke Pines, Fla. on Friday.
Unfortunately, the 23-year-old Starks took some unnecessary damage in his first pro loss. The referee failed to see the welterweight's lights had been put out with the second knockdown, and didn't jump in to waive the fight off until Cora had laced an already lifeless Starks with ground-and-pound.
Cora extended his knockout streak to four with the gruesome stoppage, while Starks fell to an even 1-1.
