Masvidal asks matchmaker to 'send Magny the contract' to fight at UFC 214
Jorge Masvidal doesn't aim to nurse his latest loss.
After seeing a three-fight win streak snapped by Demian Maia in a potential welterweight title eliminator this past Saturday, "Gamebred" took to Twitter to challenge Neil Magny to a duel on July 29 at UFC 214 in Anaheim, California.
The pair of welterweights fruitlessly traded barbs earlier this year, and Masvidal reignited the beef by asking matchmaker Sean Shelby to expedite the booking, suspecting Magny would quietly back out with an "injury" if offered the date:
Book it. July in Cali. @seanshelby don't actually call him cause he will be injured. Send @NeilMagny the contract and hopefully he signs https://t.co/DHy9q3UVk5

Whoever ends up sharing the Octagon with Masvidal next, expect the 32-year-old to come out guns blazing, as his last four losses have been decided by just one scorecard.
Magny, on the other hand, was last seen besting former champ Johny Hendricks by unanimous decision at UFC 207 in December.
