Racism is still a problem in Major League Baseball stadiums, as evidenced by Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones' experience Monday night at Fenway Park, where he was called the N-word by fans, and even had a bag of peanuts thrown at him.

The 24 hours after Jones went public with his experience resulted in the league, its players, and front-office personnel rallying around the five-time All-Star, while also shedding light on the ugly side of the league.
