Iaquinta has choice words for UFC following win in Nashville

What started as a banner night quickly turned sour for Al Iaquinta.

After demolishing Diego Sanchez in his return from a two-year layoff at UFC Fight Night 108 in Nashville, Tenn., on Saturday, "Raging Al" raised even more eyebrows with a pair of disparaging tweets aimed at his employers:

Iaquinta's return to action was delayed by a contractual dispute and some longstanding gripes with the UFC, and his refusal to commit to his career in the cage postfight suggests he still may be harboring some resentment.

The Long Island native's pot shots might have something to do with Saturday's postfight bonuses, which were announced just moments before Iaquinta tweeted. The promotion didn't deem his KO of Sanchez worthy of an extra $50,000 as Mike Perry and Brandon Moreno took Performance of the Night honors for their wins instead.

Whatever the motive of his defiance may be, one thing is certain: Iaquinta has some bones to pick.
