So that's how Dion Waiters lost all that weight.
A day after showing off the physical transformation he underwent during his first season with the Miami Heat, Waiters posted a video on Instagram of him wrestling a fake alligator with the caption, "They ask me what my weight loss routine (is), I told 'em wrestling gators."
