It's no secret that the Europa League is Jose Mourinho's priority.

Mourinho didn't hesitate to speak Wednesday about the final of the Europa League, even though Manchester United is only in the quarter-finals and level on aggregate with RSC Anderlecht. The Special One made it clear he's looking beyond the Belgian club, discussing what it would mean for Zlatan Ibrahimovic to take the pitch at the Friends Arena, which is located just north of Stockholm, Sweden.

"For Zlatan it would be fantastic to play the final in Stockholm, in his country," Mourinho said, according to the Guardian's Daniel Taylor. "It would be fantastic."

Mourinho also called the final an ideal way to wrap up his first campaign at United, declaring: "It will be the perfect end to the season. A difficult season, lots of matches, trying to build a team, trying to recover a certain mentality, trying to finish the season playing a European final. It will be the perfect finale for Manchester United."

United will welcome Anderlecht on Thursday in the second leg of the quarter-final tie. The Red Devils are the outstanding favourite to conquer the Europa League, but Olympique Lyonnais, which holds a 2-1 lead on aggregate against Besiktas JK, poses a big threat. There's also Celta Vigo, which can continue the Spanish dominance over the competition. The club takes a 3-2 lead to KRC Genk.
