Chiefs select WR Jehu Chesson in 4th round

The Kansas City Chiefs have selected receiver Jehu Chesson out of Michigan in the fourth round (139th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Strengths
- Competitive. Shows willingness to be physical and block in running game.
- Ideal size. Has good length and height for an NFL receiver that gives quarterbacks a large target. Can use size to shield defenders with ball in air.
Weaknesses
- No shake. Has solid straight-line speed, but doesn't show ability to juke and create missed tackles.
- Body catcher. Has tendency to use body instead of hands to make catches. Isn't aggressive coming back to the ball.
- Regressing. Chesson was team MVP as a junior, but dropped off significantly in senior season after injuring knee in 2015 bowl game.
