76ers' Jahlil Okafor: Limited in practice Wednesday
Okafor was limited in practice Wednesday due to soreness in his right knee, Brian Seltzer of Sixers.com reports.
Analysis:
Okafor underwent surgery back in March to repair a partially torn meniscus in his right knee, but the Sixers declared him fully healthy in advance of camp. The soreness certainly isn't an encouraging development, though it could simply be a product of an increased workload with camp underway. The Sixers will handle Okafor on a day-to-day basis as the start of the preseason approaches. Okafor made a point to deflect the notion that his knee is anything but fully healthy. "I'm 100 percent healthy," Okafor said. "I did participate [Wednesday] but our medical team had me focus on management."
