Nike, EA Sports release Mercurial boot to celebrate FIFA 17

To celebrate the upcoming release of FIFA 17, Nike and EA Sports have joined forces to create a ridiculously cool football boot that pays tribute to the video game's history.

The Nike x EA Sports Mercurial SuperFly features a pixelated print on one side of the shoe and a high-definition print on the other, which "highlights the progression from the 16-bit graphics of '94 to today's high-definition output." The boots will be limited to 1,500 pairs and go on sale Sept. 26 on Nike Football App and Nike.com.
