Phaneuf en route to Toronto for Kessel's Stanley Cup celebration

Phil Kessel is returning to Toronto on Monday to celebrate the Pittsburgh Penguins' Stanley Cup championship, and at least one of his former Maple Leafs teammates will join him.

Ottawa Senators defenseman Dion Phaneuf, who played with Kessel for six seasons in Toronto, posted an Instagram photo of him and wife Elisha Cuthbert on a plane with the caption, "See you soon @phil_kessel_81_."
