Clemson's quest for an Orange Bowl victory will have to come without its top defensive lineman.

Shaq Lawson was sidelined on the first drive of the game, and although he returned and delivered a crucial sack, his knee was wrapped in ice and he's been replaced on the Tigers' defensive line.

Coach Dabo Swinney confirmed Lawson won't be able to return.

Clemson's pass rush takes a serious hit without Lawson, as the junior registered 54 tackles, 21.5 for loss, and 9.5 sacks in 2015.

To make matters worse, it could potentially be Lawson's final collegiate game, as he's already declared for the NFL draft.
