Tray Matthews to transfer from Georgia

Starting safety Tray Matthews revealed his intent to transfer from the Bulldogs via his personal Twitter account.

Matthews was one of four players arrested this offseason on counts of theft by deception, and was awaiting a suspension from head coach Mark Richt.
The 6-foot freshman struggled with a hamstring injury last season, but recorded 36 tackles.
