Tennessee wide receiver Jalin Hyatt is entering the 2023 NFL Draft and won't play in the Orange Bowl against Clemson on Dec. 30, he announced Wednesday.

The junior wideout enjoyed a breakout campaign in 2022. Hyatt led the SEC with 67 receptions for 1,267 yards and 15 touchdowns and won the Biletnikoff Award as the most outstanding receiver in the nation. He was also named an All-SEC and All-America first-team member.

Hyatt became a focal point of an explosive Volunteers offense that led the country with 47.3 points per game in 2022. The South Carolina native was a favorite target of quarterback Hendon Hooker through most of the season.

The dynamic wideout leaves Knoxville after setting the single-game record for touchdowns (five) in a contest against Alabama this past season. Hyatt finishes just 31 yards shy of surpassing Robert Meachem's single-season program record (1,298).

Hyatt tallied 108 receptions, 1,769 yards, and 19 touchdowns over three campaigns as a Volunteer.
