Four-star junior college wide receiver Omar Manning announced his decision to commit to the University of Nebraska.

Manning is ranked the eighth-best junior college player in the nation and the second-best wide receiver, according to 2020 ESPN Junior College 50.

The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder originally attended TCU, where he suffered an injury and decided to redshirt his freshman year. He transferred to Kilgore Community College in Texas in order to rehabilitate his injury and improve his academic marks.

Manning is the third receiver to commit to the Cornhuskers' 2020 class. The Lancaster, Texas native turned down offers from Oregon, Ole Miss, Florida State, TCU, and Missouri.
