Just days after he was listed on the NCAA transfer portal, Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts was spotted at a University of Maryland basketball game on a school visit, Michael Casagrande of AL.com reports.

Hurts was seen with new Maryland head coach Mike Locksley, his former offensive coordinator at Alabama.

After his visit with the Big Ten school, Hurts will head south for a visit at the University of Miami, a source told Casagrande.

Hurts was supplanted as the Crimson Tide's starting quarterback by sophomore Tua Tagovailoa. Both passers played in Monday's national championship game, which Clemson won 44-16.
