Report: Miami DC Manny Diaz tapped for Temple's HC vacancy

Miami defensive coordinator Manny Diaz is reportedly finalizing a deal to become the next head coach at Temple, a source told Yahoo's Pete Thamel.
Diaz previously served as the defensive coordinator at Louisiana Tech and Mississippi State before joining the Hurricanes at the start of the 2016 campaign.
Former Temple head coach Geoff Collins left the program last week for the head coaching position at Georgia Tech.
The Owls went 8-4 last season under Collins.
