Houston's Oliver aggravates knee vs. Memphis
Houston defensive tackle Ed Oliver aggravated a knee injury in his return from a four-game absence Friday against Memphis, head coach Major Applewhite said, according to the Houston Chronicle's Joseph Duarte.
Oliver, who's been out with a bruised right knee, was emotional on the sideline as he was forced to sit the game's second half.

Applewhite said Oliver is expected to be out for two-to-three weeks. It's unknown whether the defensive lineman will appear in Houston's bowl game, although Oliver was confident he'll play.
"As far as I know right now, yeah. I want to play every game," he said.
Oliver is projected to be a top-15 pick in the 2019 NFL draft.
The 20-year-old had 51 combined tackles, 13 1/2 tackles for a loss, and three sacks on the season entering Friday's game.
