Syracuse quarterback Eric Dungey left Saturday's game versus Notre Dame with an apparent lower-back injury.

Dungey appeared to suffer an injury during a first-quarter run. After lining up for the next play, the senior collapsed and stayed down for several minutes. He had to be helped off the field and was immediately taken to the locker room.

Dungey, who was replaced by redshirt freshman Tommy DeVito, is being evaluated for an upper-body injury and is questionable to return to the game, according to Syracuse.com's Nate Mink.
