A Texas grand jury declined to indict Baylor football players John Arthur and Tre'von Lewis on Wednesday in a sexual assault case, citing a lack of evidence, according to Paula Lavigne of ESPN.

Arthur and Lewis, both freshman safeties a year ago, had been suspended from the team since March. It was reported the incident occurred in November 2017.

As of Thursday afternoon, both players were still listed on Baylor's roster online.
