Jalyn Armour-Davis became the fourth four-star prospect to commit to Alabama for 2018, announcing his pledge to the SEC program Friday.

Armour-Davis, a cornerback, joins athlete Xavier Williams, defensive end Jordan Davis, and outside linebacker Quay Walker in the Crimson Tide's upcoming class. Unranked kicker Skyler DeLong is also slated to enter the program next year.

"It feels great, honestly," he told Ben Thomas of AL.com. "I'm happy with the decision. It's a good day for me and my family."

Armour-Davis accepted Alabama's scholarship offer after weighing pitches from the Tide, rival Auburn, and Florida State. The 6-foot, 165-pounder hails from Mobile, Ala., and is ranked 223rd on the ESPN 300.

"This wasn't just about football for me," he said. "Alabama is a great school in general, and I think it can do a lot for me on the field and in my future in general."
