South Florida's leading scorer is going to test his draft stock.

The Bulls announced Monday that freshman guard Jahmal McMurray, who averaged 15.2 points per game, is declaring for the 2016 NBA Draft. McMurray won't hire an agent, so he can withdraw his name at any time prior to the May 25 deadline.

USF is coming off a terrible season in which they finished ahead of only Tulane in the American Athletic Conference standings.
