An Iowa State cheerleader suffered the ultimate insult to injury moment when she was hit with an errant basketball towards the end of the Cyclones' Sweet 16 loss to Virginia.
The distraught cheerleader was led to the locker room by some type of cheerleading handler(?) for further evaluation.
