In a tie game with three minutes to go, Oregon State forward Jarmal Reid got tied up with Utah forward Jakob Poeltl while diving for a loose ball, and thought a call should be made.
Reid didn't like the decision to let the play go on, and reacted by tripping the nearby referee.
The Beavers senior was immediately ejected from the game, and Utah pulled away in the final minutes, coming away with a 59-53 win.
