Jacob Young, the younger brother of Oregon star and Indiana Pacers 2015 second round pick Joseph Young, has committed to Texas, he announced Tuesday on Twitter.
The 6-foot, 170-pound shooting guard becomes Shaka Smart's first recruit of the 2016 class.
Young, who hails from Houston, is ranked 82nd in his recruiting class by Scout.
