Nick King is headed to Tuscaloosa.
The Memphis sophomore has elected to continue his studies at Alabama, according to ESPN's Jeff Borzello, but will be forced to sit out the upcoming season due to NCAA transfer rules.
Either way, his decision to play for the Crimson Tide over Ole Miss and Arkansas - who were also interested - came down to one thing.
"Family, man," King said. "I felt it from the moment I stepped on campus. We're trying to put the basketball program on the map."
King averaged 7.2 points per game last season to go with 4.8 rebounds.
