Virginia's Bennett: Justin Anderson will play in ACC tournament barring setback
Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports
Another day, another promising report on the health of Virginia guard Justin Anderson.
Anderson could return from injury as early as Saturday at Louisville if he can tolerate practice Thursday and Friday, Virginia coach Tony Bennett told ESPN's Andy Katz on Wednesday night.
Bennett added "Justin will play in the ACC tournament unless something unforeseen happens."
Anderson last played on Feb. 7 when he fractured the pinky finger on his shooting hand. The Cavaliers have gone 7-0 without him, winning the ACC regular-season title for the second consecutive season.
Anderson is averaging 13.4 points and 4.3 rebounds.
