For those that thought Willie Cauley-Stein's swan song in Lexington was wearing a ridiculous shirt to the national title game, it turns out that chapter in his collegiate career has yet to be written.
Cauley-Stein has been projected as a possible lottery pick should he enter the 2014 NBA Draft, but instead, he announced on Twitter Monday that he will return to Kentucky for his junior season.
I'm proud to say I'm coming back for my junior year. I still have an empty spot to fulfill and in no rush to leave the best fans in the USA!

The news comes as a big boost to the 2014-15 edition of the Wildcats, already projected as a preseason top 10 team.
Cauley-Stein's sophomore season came to an abrupt end when he was knocked out of the team's Sweet 16 game against Louisville with a foot injury which caused him to miss the remainder of the tournament.
Cauley-Stein is the second significant big man in the state of Kentucky to announce his intention to return to school, with Montrezl Harrell announcing he will return for his junior year at Louisville.
