Demary averaged 13.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.7 steals for the Bulldogs this season. He was the second-leading scorer on the team behind Asa Newell.
Georgia lost in the first round of March Madness to Gonzaga, its first appearance since 2015. Demary recorded 15 points and four assists.
After winning back-to-back national championships in 2023 and 2024, UConn lost in the second round to No. 1 Florida. Guards Aidan Mahaney and Ahmad Nowell entered the transfer portal after the defeat.
