Caleb Love endures.

Despite coming off a strong second season at North Carolina, the 6-foot-4 guard announced Sunday that he'll return for a third year, building off the program's runner-up finish in the national title game earlier this month.

Love averaged 15.9 points on 37.1% shooting, plus 3.6 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game in 2021-22. He elevated his output to 18.8 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists a night across six games in the NCAA Tournament, garnering selections to the East Region and Final Four all-tournament teams.

The Tar Heels went 29-10 overall last season, the program's first under head coach Hubert Davis after 18 years of being shepherded by Hall of Famer Roy Williams.
