Five-star guard Aminu Mohammed has committed to play for Georgetown, he announced on social media, according to ESPN's Jeff Borzello.

Mohammed is ranked 18th in the 2021 ESPN 100 and is also ranked as the second-best shooting guard behind Max Christie. He joins a recruiting class that already includes 4-star center Ryan Mutombo - son of Hall of center Dikembe Mutombo - as well as prospects Jordan Riley, Tyler Beard, and Jalen Billingsley.

The Washington, D.C., native played his high school ball at Greenwood Laboratory School.
