West Virginia replaces Tennessee in Jimmy V Classic, will face Gonzaga

Preseason No. 1 Gonzaga will now face West Virginia in the Jimmy V Classic on Dec. 2, the event announced Wednesday.
Tennessee was originally slated to take on the Bulldogs, but the school needed to bow out due to its COVID-19 cases, with head coach Rick Barnes among the infected.
Gonzaga has beaten West Virginia in all four prior meetings, most recently in the Sweet 16 of the 2017 national tournament.
