Shane Dezonie, a four-star guard out of New Hampshire's Brewster Academy, has committed to Arizona's class of 2021.

Dezonie's commitment comes just days after the school acknowledged it received a formal notice of allegations from the NCAA stemming from reported recruitment violations.

Arizona said Friday it chose not to make the details of the notice public "at this time," but a report released Sunday revealed nine misconduct allegations against the university, including five Level I violations.

Dezonie is the second to commit to the Wildcats' 2021 class, joining guard K.J. Simpson.

"Shane is a strong, athletic, physical combination guard who's able to defend both backcourt positions," Brewster Academy coach Jason Smith told Adam Zagoria of Zagsblog. "He's a versatile prospect who shoots the three well and possesses potential to be an elite defender."
